If your payment does not clear, your order will not be processed. Please contact us within 24 hours of your purchase if you decide to cancel your order. You will receive a full refund.
All Atelier Akion designs are made to order. Please allow 2 - 4 weeks for delivery. If your order will take longer, we will notify you via email.
We offer shipping via USPS. Shipping charges are shown on checkout page. Please contact us for shipping requirements outside the U.S.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Please note that all items are made-to-order and are non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased. Atelier Akion will accept items for exchange or credit only, no refunds, within 7 days of shipping. Exchanges must be for item(s) of equal or greater value.
Item(s) must be returned in new, undamaged, and resalable condition in their original packaging. Exchanges and returns are subject to shipping charges. Please note that we cannot refund shipping charges on returned items.
To exchange an item:
Email email@example.com with the invoice number(s) of the item(s), reason, your email address and phone number. If you have selected another item(s) for exchange, please list the item(s) and your credit card number if necessary. Once your item is received and is processed, you will be notified by email
Repairs on damaged and worn items are available for a small fee. Please contact us for more information.
We will not sell, share or trade any information you supply to us with a third party. Any information we collect is used to provide you with a better shopping experience and to facilitate us in fulfillment operations. From time to time, we may send sale information, product updates, etc. via US mail and/or electronically via email. If you would prefer not to receive these promotional items, you may opt out via an online form or by contacting us at atelierakion@Yahoo.com with "REMOVE" as the subject header.
